Abstract: INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE: Policy statements from American Urologic Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) report medical benefits of newborn circumcision (NBC) and recommend presenting it as an option. The AAP further recommends insurance coverage for those who choose it.
