PD-L1 and TP-53 mRNA and microRNAs Expression in Liquid Biopsy of NSCLC Patients.

Abstract: Introduction The expression of PD-L1 (programed cell death ligand 1) protein on neoplastic cells is a factor qualifying cancer patients for immunotherapy. However, the status of PD-L1 mRNA expression in plasma or serum has not been well studied in cancer patients.
