“…Only a few reports containing PrVO 4 composites are known for the electrochemical detection of metronidazole 16 and the electrochemical detection and degradation of diphenylamine. 17 In continuation of our previous studies on developing new methodologies for oxidative annulations, 18 herein, we wish to report an efficient method for synthesizing 2-alkyl/aryl 3-acylquinolines using 2-aminobenzylalcohols and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds in the presence of a zircon PrVO 4 catalytic system under molecular oxygen as a green oxidant.…”
