Abstract: Background Lung cancer brain metastasis have a devastating prognosis, necessitating innovative treatment strategies. While chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells show promise in hematologic malignancies, their efficacy in solid tumors, including brain metastasis, is limited by the immunosuppressive tumor environment.
