PCSK9 promotes osteogenic differentiation via ERK pathway and has no effect on osteoclast differentiation

Abstract: Background: Previous studies have demonstrated that PCSK9 was constitutively expressed in osteoclast precursors and played an important role in bone metabolism in periodontitis disease.
