PCR with hydrolysis probes for detection of fluoroquinolone resistance mutations in Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Abstract: Early diagnostics of resistance to fluoroquinolones facilitates early start of adequate therapy and increases the chance of a favorable outcome of the tuberculosis.
