Abstract: Background: Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) is an ultrarare bone marrow insufficiency of childhood consisted of the triad of diagnostic symptoms: hemolytic anemia, thrombosis, and peripheral blood cytopenias.
