Patterns of Software Development Process

Abstract: -This article presents a set of patterns that can be found to perform best practices in software processes that are directly related to the problem of implementing the activities of the process, the roles involved, the knowledge generated and the inputs and outputs belonging to the process. In this work, a definition of the architecture is encouraged by using different recurrent configurations that strengthen the process and yield efficient results for the development of a software project. The patterns presen… Show more

“…Based on the method proposed in this work, a test case generation plug-in for triangle-classifying program is developed. To perform best practices in software process, it is essential to choose a good development pattern [31]. Eclipse is selected as the development platform for this plug-in, and the configuration of plug-in functions is realized through XML files in the way of plug-in project development pattern.…”

“…In these instances, we find most of the software development research from the perspective of M⊕P and beyond. This is not about reinventing the wheel [53] once and again, these ideas are about suggesting effective solutions over and beyond M⊕P. These ideas should constitute a silver bullet in software engineering.…”

“…This language is equipped with a type of graphical notation similar to UML [12] and also to BPMN. The specific notation we propose might be seen in the Coloso [54] environment. It is out of the scope of the present paper to go into details of the language and its notation.…”
