Patterns of Fourier-transform infrared estimated milk constituents in early lactation Holstein cows on a single New York State dairy

Abstract: Cows undergo immense physiological stress to produce milk during early lactation. Monitoring early lactation milk through Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy might offer an understanding of which cows transition successfully.
