Pattern formation of a pathway-based diffusion model: linear stability analysis and an asymptotic preserving method

Abstract: We investigate the linear stability analysis of a pathway-based diffusion model (PBDM), which characterizes the dynamics of the engineered Escherichia coli populations [X. Xue and C.
