Patologias Em Estruturas De Concreto Armado: Estudo De Caso / Pathologies in Reinforced Concrete Structures: Case Study

Abstract

RESUMOInúmeros são os fatores que intervêm no processo da corrosão de armaduras em estruturas de concreto armado onde sua origem provém de diferentes fontes. À vista disso, com o intuito de contribuir para o desenvolvimento de pesquisas acerca do assunto, este trabalho realizou uma vistoria, análise e julgamento das condições de serviço em estruturas corroídas de um edifício residencial (Teresina-PI). Posteriormente é feito uma discussão das possíveis causas mais recorrentes que podem ter acarretado o surgimento desse problema e, logo após, são comentadas as providências que podem ser tomadas para solucioná-lo de modo a evitar que o mesmo problema venha a acontecer no futuro. Chegou-se ao entendimento que é imprescindível a aplicação de medidas intensas (critérios de durabilidade) nos projetos e execução da obra juntamente com as principais medidas de prevenção. Além disso, a inspeção/manutenção é um procedimento fundamental para a elaboração do correto prognóstico e correção da patologia.
