Patient satisfaction with telediabetes education in Hong Kong

Abstract: Forty-one patients suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected to receive diabetes education at a local health centre via low-cost videoconferencing equipment. The educational material was transmitted from the diabetic centre of a district hospital. Four educational sessions were carried out over 4.5 months.
