Patient Safety in Selected Healthcare Facilities in Caraga Region: An Aiken Model Approach

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the nursing organizational factors and patient safety in selected healthcare facilities in the Philippines. It utilized quantitative approach of research specifically descriptive correlational research design.
