Abstract: Summary Acute graft‐versus‐host disease (aGVHD) is a life‐threatening complication after allogeneic haematopoietic cell transplantation, with gastrointestinal (GI) tract involvement (GI aGVHD) being one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality.
