Abstract:Transient receptor potential canonical 3 (TRPC3) protein belongs to the TRP family of nonselective cation channels. Its activation occurs by signaling through a G protein‐coupled receptor (GPCR) and a phospholipase C‐dependent (PLC) pathway.
