Abstract:When pelvic arterial bleeding exists, arteriography and trans-catheter embolization of the bleeding arteries are often required. Pelvic arterial injuries from pelvic fracture are in decreasing frequency, to the internal pudendals, superior gluteal, obturator and lateral sacral arteries.
