“…In recent years, multiple lines of evidence from both humans and mice have shown a significant role for CYP1B1 enzyme in the cardiovascular system (Conway et al 2009;Kaur-Knudsen et al 2009;Song et al 2016;Li et al 2017;Mikstacka and Dutkiewicz 2021), development of hypertension and associated pathophysiological changes (Malik et al 2012;White et al 2012;Shah et al 2019).
