Pathogenic mechanisms in systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by the dysfunction of T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells and by the production of antinuclear autoantibodies.
