Pathogenesis, Treatment and Impact on Quality of Life in Psoriasis

Abstract: Background: psoriasis is a papulo-squamous disease with different morphology, severity, distribution and course of disease. The aim of the treatment was to reduce disease activity to a level that permits an acceptable quality of life with negligible toxicity from the treatment itself.
