Abstract: INTRODUCTION Myxoid glioneuronal tumor, PDGFRA p. K385-mutant (MGNT) is a recently described central nervous system tumor entity typically arising from the septum pellucidum and molecularly defined by mutation of the PDGFRA oncogene.
