29Открытый, или персистирующий, омфаломе-зентериальный проток (ОМП) -форма пупочно-го остатка, который проявляется после рождения наличием сообщения между кишечной трубкой и пупком. Эта врожденная аномалия развития обу-словливает необходимость раннего хирургического лечения, которое проводится в первые дни жизни. Открытые операции с применением различных раз-резов брюшной стенки длительное время являлись стандартом в лечении пациентов с ОМП [1][2][3].Появление лапароскопии изменило подходы к лечению многих врожденных заболеваний кишеч-ника у маленьких детей. В научном исследовании сообщается об использовании нового эндохирурги-ческого способа резекции ОМП, который заключа-ется в интра-и экстраабдоминальном применении эндоскопического линейного степлера. Background: Vaginal small-bowel evisceration is a known complication following hysterectomy. Meckel's diverticulitis as a possible etiology of vaginal small-bowel evisceration has previously not been described. Case: A 62-year-old Latin-American woman presented with vaginal small-bowel evisceration 4 years after undergoing a total vaginal hysterectomy. The patient underwent resection of a 15 cm segment of nonviable terminal ileum, followed by reanastomosis and repair of the vaginal cuff. Final pathology revealed a necrotic segment of terminal ileum with a ruptured Meckel's diverticulum. Conclusions: Although this patient exhibited risk factors for vaginal small-bowel evisceration such as postmenopausal status and type 2 diabetes mellitus, given the results of the final pathology, we believe that Meckel's diverticulitis significantly contributed to the breakdown of the vaginal cuff and subsequent evisceration of a portion of the small bowel. Meckel's diverticulum is a true intestinal diverticulum that results from the failure of the vitelline duct to obliterate during the fifth week of fetal development. In about 50% cases, it contains ectopic or heterotopic tissue which can be the cause of complications. A systematic review of literature was undertaken to study the history, incidence, embryoanatomy, clinical presentation, complication and management of Meckel's diverticulum. Although Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital abnormality of the gastrointestinal tract, it is often difficult to diagnose. It may remain asymptomatic or it may mimic disorders such as Crohn's disease, appendicitis and peptic ulcer disease.
