Patellar tendon rupture as a first presentation for undiagnosed primary hyperparathyroidism

Abstract: Introduction: patellar tendon rupture is usually traumatic in origin; however, spontaneous or atraumatic rupture is uncommon and often signify underlying pathological processes involving the tendon substance.
