Patellar resurfacing and kneeling ability after total knee arthroplasty: a systematic review

Abstract: Background Difficulty kneeling following total knee arthroplasty (TKA) remains highly prevalent, and has cultural, social, and occupational implications. With no clear evidence of superiority, whether or not to resurface the patella remains debatable.
