Patch-Based Semantic Segmentation for Detecting Arterioles and Venules in Epifluorescence Imagery

Abstract: Segmentation and quantification of microvasculature structures are the main steps toward studying microvasculature remodeling. The proposed patch based semantic architecture enables accurate segmentation for the challenging epifluorescence microscopy images.
