“…Ainda no âmbito deste projecto, entre 2013 e 2014 foram elaborados diagnósticos socioeconómicos e físico-ambientais que culminaram na proposta de um Plano Parcial de Urbanização (PPU), elaborado em 2016. Foram ainda produzidas algumas intervenções pontuais: (1) um projecto de regularização fundiária e de defesa do direito à habitação através do acesso ao título de DUAT, resultante da colaboração entre o Município de Maputo, da Arquitectura Sin Fronteras (ASF) e da Agência Italiana de Cooperação para o Desenvolvimento; e (2) um projecto de investigação-acção sobre planeamento participado envolvendo os moradores dando especial importância ao desenvolvimento sustentável (Broto, Boyd, Ensor, 2015). Ainda assim, embora estes projectos tenham tido impacte em algumas áreas, não alteraram de forma significativa as características do bairro ao nível do seu tecido urbano.…”
