Partnership disengagement from primary community care networks (PCCNs): A qualitative study for a national demonstration project

Abstract: BackgroundThe Primary Community Care Network (PCCN) Demonstration Project, launched by the Bureau of National Health Insurance (BNHI) in 2003, is still in progress.
