Particle size distribution design of limited agglomeration via geometric morphology in erythritol crystallization

Abstract: Regarding sugar and salt crystallization with large single crystals, the agglomerate thermodynamics and geometric morphologies, not the dynamics, dominate the particle size distribution (PSD).
