Particle acceleration and radiation reaction in a strongly magnetised rotating dipole

Abstract: Context. Neutron stars are surrounded by ultra-relativistic particles efficiently accelerated by ultra strong electromagnetic fields. These particles copiously emit high energy photons through curvature, synchrotron and inverse Compton radiation.
