Participatory Intervention for Workplace Improvements on Mental Health and Job Performance Among Blue-Collar Workers: A Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract: It is suggested that the participatory intervention for workplace improvement is effective against deterioration in mental health and for improving job performance.
