Partially bonded fiber-reinforced elastomeric isolators (PB-FREIs)

Abstract: Summary Although stable unbonded fiber‐reinforced elastomeric isolators (SU‐FREIs) have desirable characteristics for seismic isolation, the unbonded application also introduces limitations in comparison with bonded elastomeric isolators.
