Partial Safety Factors for Prestressed Concrete Girders Strengthened with CFRP Laminates

Abstract: This paper provides a framework for the calibration of partial safety factors in prestressed concrete (PC) girders strengthened in flexure with carbon fibre-reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminates.
