Abstract:: We report the case of a 2-year-old Norwegian Forest cat diagnosed with pulmonary edema and pulmonary hypertension (PH) secondary to cor triatriatum sinister, who showed improved breathing following furosemide treatment. Sildenafil was prescribed post-discharge without diuretic.
