Partial Differential Equation Optimation for Infectious Disease Model

Abstract: The most basic infectious disease model ,SIR model is widely used and upgraded to evaluate the affect of viruses now, because of the outbreak of Ebola. In this paper, we give a brief introduction to SIRS model, and adopt the SEIRS (Suspectable-Exposed-Infective-Recovered Suspectable), which apply partial differential equations to optimize the SIRS.
