Partial Beclin 1 silencing aggravates doxorubicin- and Fas-induced apoptosis in HepG2 cells

Abstract: Partial Beclin 1 silencing aggravates mitochondrial permeabilization and apoptosis in HepG2 cells treated with an anti-Fas antibody or with doxorubicin.
