Paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia associated with a novel POLG variant

Abstract: Introduction: Paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD) is a rare neurological disease characterized by recurrent dyskinesia or choreoathetosis triggered by sudden movements. Pathogenic variants in PRRT2 are the main cause of PKD.
