Abstract:Parkinson disease (PD) is the second-most common and complex neurodegenerative disorders in humans, characterized by motor symptoms such as tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia, and non-motor symptoms such as insomnia, constipation, anxiety, depression and fatigue.
