Abstract:The study on parenthood and drug abuse among young people in Andoni Local Government Area, Rivers State, was motivated by the uncontrollable use of illicit drugs, alcoholism, and other controlled drugs, as well as their manifestations in crime, moral decay, health issues, poor academic interest, and a high social life.
