“…Das Taurocholat-Modell wurde aufgrund seiner leichten Reproduzierbarkeit sowie der Modifizierbarkeit der pankreatitistypischen Veränderungen und seiner vermeintlichen Nähe zur klinischen Situation der Gallensteinpankreatitis für viele Untersuchungen zur Pathogenese der AP, aber auch zur Evaluierung möglicher therapeutischer Ansätze herangezogen [3,8,22].
