Neither does the level of impairment show liner correlation with the quality of life of children with CP, at least not in all domains, as corroborated by the study of Arnaud and collaborators, who interviewed 818 children with CP, of chronological age between 8 and 12 years, and based on results concluded that children with milder manifestations in clinical picture scored less for the domains of emotional development and personal perception of social position and acceptance, wile the children with major disabilities had more problems in the domain of physical well-being, independence and keeping social relations with peers (Arnaud et al, 2008).…”
