Parathyroid autotransplantation during total thyroidectomy. Results of a retrospective study

Abstract: Authors analyze their experience of parathyroid autotransplantation during total thyroidectomy, with the purpose of seeing whether this practice influenced the rate of postoperative hypocalcemia and/or hypoparathyroidism.
