Abstract:Intrascrotal benign fibrous proliferations are uncommon and mostly arise from paratesticular region falling into the category of fibrous pseudotumor. Fibrous pseudotumor is characterized by nodular growth composed of probably reactive proliferation of fibroblasts and inflammatory cells.
