Paraspinous Muscle Flaps for the Treatment and Prevention of Cerebrospinal Fluid Fistulas in Neurosurgery

Abstract: Paraspinous muscle flaps allow effective treatment and prevention of cerebrospinal fluid fistulas in selected high-risk patients and provide simple durable coverage of complex spinal wounds with minimal morbidity.
