Abstract: Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR) became the standard treatment for patients with Blunt Thoracic Aortic Injury (BTAI) because it is a minimally invasive intervention, with proven lower morbidity and mortality compared with open surgery, especially in multiple trauma patients.
