Paraneoplastische Pityriasis rubra pilaris bei metastasiertem Adenokarzinom ohne lokalisierbares Primum

Abstract: This case presents a rare paraneoplastic cutaneous manifestation as pityriasis rubra pilaris triggered by a poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The primary neoplasm could not definitely be identified, neither pre nor post mortem.
