Paraneoplastic endocrinopathy in Castleman disease and POEMS syndrome

Abstract: Polyneuropathy, organomegaly, endocrinopathy, M-protein, skin changes (POEMS) syndrome is a rare paraneoplastic syndrome associated with Castleman disease, monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance, symptomatic hemoblastosis or systemic autoimmune diseases.
