3D heritage documentation has seen a surge in the past decade due to developments in reality-based 3D recording techniques. Several methods such as photogrammetry and laser scanning are becoming ubiquitous amongst architects, archaeologists, surveyors, and conservators. The main result of these methods is a 3D representation of the object in the form of point clouds. However, a solely geometric point cloud is often insufficient for further analysis, monitoring, and model predicting of the heritage object. The semantic annotation of point clouds remains an interesting research topic since traditionally it requires manual labeling and therefore a lot of time and resources. This paper proposes an automated pipeline to segment and classify multi-scalar point clouds in the case of heritage object. This is done in order to perform multi-level segmentation from the scale of a historical neighborhood up until that of architectural elements, specifically pillars and beams. The proposed workflow involves an algorithmic approach in the form of a toolbox which includes various functions covering the semantic segmentation of large point clouds into smaller, more manageable and semantically labeled clusters. The first part of the workflow will explain the segmentation and semantic labeling of heritage complexes into individual buildings, while a second part will discuss the use of the same toolbox to segment the resulting buildings further into architectural elements. The toolbox was tested on several historical buildings and showed promising results. The ultimate intention of the project is to help the manual point cloud labeling, especially when confronted with the large training data requirements of machine learning-based algorithms.

ResumenEste trabajo trata de la adaptación experimentada por la metodología BIM (Building Information Modelling) para abordar el modelado y la gestión de edificios históricos, obteniendo lo que se conoce como HBIM (Heritage/Historic Building Information Model). Las siete dimensiones y los niveles de madurez establecidos en BIM, se evalúan y analizan para extrapolarlos al ámbito del patrimonio cultural arquitectónico. Se presenta también una sección sobre la evolución del software BIM y cómo puede utilizarse en el desarrollo de modelos de edificaciones históricas. Finalmente, se hace una revisión de la literatura publicada en los últimos años, mostrando la importancia que el enfoque HBIM ha ganado en los últimos tiempos como una herramienta importante para la gestión integral de los edificios del patrimonio cultural desde un punto de vista multidisciplinar. Esta revisión saca a la luz la falta de soluciones generales para la generación de repositorios de objetos paramétricos para los diferentes estilos arquitectónicos, debido a la amplia gama de posibilidades que se pueden encontrar.Palabras clave: edificios históricos, metodología BIM, adquisición y modelado de datos 3D, software. INTRODUCCIÓNLos modelos BIM engloban los procesos de diseño, construcción y administración de los datos de un edificio a lo largo de su ciclo de vida. Comprenden, tanto la geometría del edificio y sus relaciones espaciales, como las cantidades y propiedades de sus componentes, entre otros elementos, e involucran en el proceso a los agentes del ámbito de la construcción, la arquitectura y la ingeniería.En las últimas décadas, el sector de la construcción ha incorporado gradualmente estos modelos de información integrada debido a que aportan grandes beneficios y permiten economizar recursos durante el diseño, la planificación y la construcción de nuevos edificios, por lo que empieza a convertirse en una práctica común. Sin embargo, respecto al mantenimiento, la remodelación/restauración o la demolición de edificios existentes, esta metodología apenas se ha utilizado. No obstante, Volk et al. [25] demuestran en una revisión de más de 180 artículos que, aunque la implementación de BIM en edificios existentes todavía es limitada, la investigación sobre ese tema se está intensificando con el fin de aprovechar sus indudables ventajas en la aplicación a este tipo de construcciones. En este campo, sus hallazgos revelan que los principales desafíos son: 1) la automatización de la captura de datos y su implementación para la realización ex novo del modelo BIM correspondiente; 2) actualización y mantenimiento de la información; 3) manejo y modelado de datos no conocidos, objetos y relaciones que se dan en las edificaciones previamente construidas.Ante un caso especial dentro de esta rama nos encontramos al enfrentarnos con edificios históricos, para los cuales es necesario adaptar los modelos BIM a sus peculiares características. Мета. У науковій роботі необхідно вирішити наступні задачі: 1) дослідити можливості Autodesk Revit по створенню параметричних об'єктів; 2) створити інформаційну модель проміжної опори моста з можливістю зміни розмірів моделі без зміни геометрії об'єкта; 3) відстежити складність та доцільність використання па-раметричних моделей при проектуванні елементів мостових переходів. Методика. Дослідження проводи-лись за допомогою просторового моделювання в системі Autodesk Revit. Задавались співвідношення пара-метрів об'єкта, взаємозв'язки між окремими геометричними елементами та перевірялось, які зміни відбува-ються з моделлю при зміні заданих параметрів. Результати. Створено модель опори двох типів: для заліз-ничних мостів та для автодорожніх. Для обох типів моделі змінюються розміри та кількість складових елементів відповідно до введених параметрів. Проведена робота підтверджує можливість створення інфор-маційних параметричних моделей складної форми та доцільність їх використання при проектуванні мостів і не тільки. Наукова новизна. Створення інформаційних моделей -сучасна та актуальна тема. Але як в лі-тературі, так і в інтернет-ресурсах параметризація розглядається на прикладі примітивних об'єктів. Модель, що запропонована в статті, складається з кількох залежних геометричних тіл, отже, розкриває тему парамет-ризації об'єктів більш повно та детально, порівняно з існуючими джерелами. Що стосується створення па-раметричних моделей елементів мостових переходів -то в літературі така інформація не зустрічається, тоб-то, запропонована вперше. Практична значимість. Параметризація просторових моделей дає можливість значно прискорити та спростити процес проектування будь-яких об'єктів за рахунок використання типових параметричних моделей у багатьох проектах. Особливо це стосується проектування мостових переходів, адже стандартні елементи для них, такі як опора або прогонова будова, в програмних продуктах поки що не представлені. Проектування мостів, як плоского контуру, порівняно з використанням просторових інформа-ційних моделей, -довгий та неефективний процес, до того ж не дає можливості візуалізації, яка є необхід-ною складовою будь-якого проекту.Ключові слова: просторове моделювання; параметричні об'єкти; опори мостів; Autodesk Revit ВступДинаміка розвитку комп'ютерної графіки свідчить про тенденцію переходу від суто гра-фічного відображення об'єктів, що проекту-ються, до так званого ВІМ (Building Information Model) інформаційного моделювання.Основа концепції ВІМ -створення єдиної тривимірної інформаційної моделі, яка включає всю інформацію про об'єкт від стадії проекту до будівництва та експлуатації.
