Paraganglioma in the Neck Masquerading as Primary Hyperparathyroidism

Abstract: Paraganglioma secreting parathormone and presenting as a primary hyperparathyroidism has not been reported previously. We report a patient who presented with recurrent renal stone disease and hypercalcemia masquerading as primary hyperparathyroidism caused by parathyroid adenoma until confirmed after histopathology.
