Paradoxical herniation after decompressive craniectomy provoked by mannitol: A case report

Abstract: BACKGROUND Paradoxical transtentorial herniation is a rare but life-threatening complication of cerebrospinal fluid drainage in patients with large decompressive craniectomy.
