Paradigm Shift in Critical Speed Application and Modification for Shuttle Running: A Narrative Review

Abstract: The overarching purpose of this review was to highlight the utility of different aerobic field tests in terms of the parameters they provide, with a specific focus on shuttle running and all-out testing.
