Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma with Massive Hemorrhage: An Autopsy Case Report

Abstract: Introduction/Objective Spontaneous renal hemorrhage is a rare complication of various kidney pathologies. It can be due to renal artery aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, cystic renal diseases, renal calculus, coagulation disorders, as well as neoplastic lesions like angiomyolipoma and renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
